    ●Refund Period: You can apply for a refund within 30 days from the date you received the product.
    ●Eligible for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in unused condition and keep the original packaging and all accessories. Please make sure that the product is not damaged, dirty or otherwise.

    ●Send the product along with all original packaging materials, invoice and return authorization number to our designated address.
    ●Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly).
    ●Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund request.
  6. Refund Processing
    ●Refunds will be processed according to your original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  7. Exceptions
    The following situations are not eligible for refund policy:
